Cozzi Naive Flowers Cup

This is a cup and saucer made by Cozzi of Venice around 1775. Both pieces are nicely handpainted with simple flowers and a nice red trim to the rim. A bit naively painted but with lots of charm for sure! The pieces are both unmarked except for some kind of incised mark underneath teh saucer but they have all the typical hallmarks of the Cozzi factory especially the handle! The set is in good condition with a small chip to the top rim of the cup which doesn't take much away from the piece on display at all! The saucer is of a whiter paste than the cup. The cup is 2.25 inches tall and 2.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 4.375 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
