Cozzi Animal Scene Cup

This is a superb cup made by Cozzi in the late 18th century. The factory made soft-paste porcelain in Venice and was founded by Geminiano Cozzi in 1764. It closed in 1812. The cup is hand painted with a nice animal (goat ?) in a landscape surrounding with three flowers on the back side and another on on the bottom inside. Gold trim to the edge. The cup is in perfect condition with some wear to the gold trim. It is 1.625 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.875 inches and marked underneath with the red anchor mark as shown.
