Pounce Pot

This is a rare pounce pot or sander made by Royal Copenhagen in the late 18th or early 19th century. The piece is handpainted with a nice floral garland all around as well as a single flower on each side, nice gilding to the top edge and top and a pink center where the holes for the sand are. The pounce pot is in superb condition only bad thing one can say is that I do not have the matching inkwell :( The piece is marked underneath with the three wavy blue lines as shown - faint since no glaze was applied to the underside. It is 2.25 inches tall and 2.625 inches along the sides. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
