Coburg Scenic Plate

This is a plate probably made by one of the Thuringia makers like Gotha around the mid 19th century. It is handpainted with a very detailed scene of the town surrounding the castle in Coburg. It is a great quality piece and has a nice reticulated rim highlighted with gilding. The plate is in super condition with a tiny bit of gold wear. It is marked underneath with the title Coburg in black but no makers mark. I have Gotha plates that are not marked from this time period so this is probably another one of them. The plate is 7.75 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or photos.
