Chinese Armorial Saucer

This is a really nice saucer made in China in the 18th century. It is superbly hand painted in the center with one of the nicest armorials / coat or arms I have come across on Chinese porcelain. It included a double headed eagle in the top half and three bunches of grapes below that with the usual fancy embellishments all around. Not sure what family this belonged to so if anyone out there knows a quick email would be appreciated! The rim is decorated in the more typical Chinese fashion with floral panels as well as tiny scenic panels with a pink design next to them and tiny gold dots filling in the ground between them and the edge. It's a great looking piece - just wish I had the cup with it! The saucer displays perfectly but has a hairline to the rim as shown which is very common on their thin porcelain as well as a star glaze crack to the underside which does not go through to the top side. Tiny bit of wear. The saucer is just under 1 inch tall and 4.75 inches in diameter. The saucer is unmarked which is the norm! Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $39
