Floral Plate

This is a plate made by Chelsea around 1754. It is made of softpaste porcelain and handpainted with a nice floral arrangement as well as some single flowers scattered throughout. The rim has a nice design to it and the edge has a brown trim. The plate is in great condition with two areas on the very edge where the brown trim is lighter than the rest of the edge. There are no major chips here but might have been tiny dings that were covered or the brown trim was worn and repainted either way nothing that takes away from the piece! There is a tiny bit of wear mostly to one spot in the floral arrangment. Chelsea porcelain is hard to find for sure! The piece is marked with the tiny red anchor underneath as shown and it has the three typical spur marks on the back from firing and the moons when you shine a light through it. It is 1.125 inches tall and has a diameter of 8.625 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
