Superb Large Floral Plate

This is a great plate made by Chelsea in the mid 18th century. It is made of soft paste porcelain and hand painted with a really ncie floral arrangement as well as lots of single flowers scattered about with a fun relief design to the rim. The edge has a ncie shape to it and the typical brown trim. The plate is in superb condition and there are almost no manufacturing flaws which one normally sees a lot of on Chelsea porcelain so this is a spectacular example! Tiny bit of wear to the brown edge trim. The piece is marked with the tiny red anchor underneath and it has the typical spur marks on the back from firing and the moons when you shine a light through it. It is 1.375 inches tall and has a diameter of 11 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
