Spanish Riding School Piaffe Figurine

This is a figurine made by Augarten in the 20th century. It is from the series of figures depicting different pieces of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna this one being called Piaffe. Super modeling and painting and one of the harder to find pieces from this set. The figurine is in perfect condition which is always nice as they often ahve some damage to the fragile parts like reigns, ears, stirrups, etc. The figure is 9.5 inches tall, 3.25 inches wide and about 8.25 inches long. The piece is marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed letter U, impressed 1590, a grey 36, Augarten Wien Austria in red and Made in Austria impressed. The side of the base reads Piaffe - Spanische Reitschule on one side and Hofburg Wien on the other. Please email me for more information or photos.
