Original Period Black & White Dog

This is a figurine of a young hunting dog made by Augarten during the original period in the early 20th century. Modeled by the famous Karin Jarl who did many fun figurines for the maker. He is very cute and quite well modeled and off course hand painted. This is the black and white version but a brown and white version also exists. The little guy is 2.625 inches tall, 1.375 inches wide and 1.875 inches deep. The figure is in perfect condition. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, a hard to see black number 16 or 18 maybe, impressed number 1529, as well as Augarten Austria in a red rectangle.
