Map Seller Street Vendor Figurine

This is is a porcelain figurine made by Augarten in the mid 20th century. It is one of the Paris artisan / vendor of the Cris de Paris series Royal Vienna made in the 18th century. This is the map seller of the series. The map is of the northern part of German including the Ost See aka the Baltic Sea . showing a part of the coastline and some towns. A very well modeled figurine that is hand painted to perfection. Lots of little details. The figurine is in perfect condition. The figure is 6.625 inches tall, 3.75 inches wide and 3 inches deep. The piece is marked underneath with the underglaze blue shield mark with the word Wien underneath, impressed Made in Austira and a W and a painter's mark 27. in puce.
