Rare Mark Lady Figurine

This is a nice figurine of a lady holding a basket of flowers made by Augarten around 1940 after an original Royal Vienna model of the 18th century. The figurine is nicely modeled and haindpainted with lots of detail and nice colors and even has the old style gilding on the base that was a tell tale sign for Royal Vienna. Wish I hd the 18th century original to stand them side by side but I am not that lucky. The figure is in great condition with a leaf of the flower in her hand broken off as well as one in the basket but it doesn't take away from the piece! She is 9 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 3.25 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, then something I ahve never seen before but knew it had to exist - Made in Germany in red (Austria was part of Germany from April 1938 until 1945), an impressed 1 and 1008 and the black painters number 67. Please email me for more information or photos.
