Gentleman with Dog Figurine

This is a nice figurine made by Augarten in the 20th century. The figure is of a gentleman dressed in a nice outfit including a top hat with his dog by his side. It looks like he is in the middle of giving the dog a treat with the way he is holding his hands and the dog is looking up at him. Quite cute! Nicely modeled and left in the white to show off all that detail without covering it up with color. A superb model especially in perfect condition which is the case herea and not one you see often at all. The figure is 5.875 inches tall, 2.375 inches wide and 1.75 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed 1006 and Made in Austria as well as the letter C as shown.
