Art Deco Chinese Lady

This is a figurine of a Chinese lady in the Art Deco style made by Augarten around 1930. She is 3.5 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The geisha is in good condition with the ends of the sticks in her hair being a bit rough but I am unsure if they are chipped or made that way as they are gilded. Also a tiny fleabite underneath one flower. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed letter O, black number 30, as well as made in Austria in overglaze reddish brown.
