Japanese Chin Brown & White Dog

This is a figurine of a Japanese Chin or some sort of Spaniel or Pekinese dog (and yes I suck at my dog breed identification) in brown colors made by Augarten in the mid 20th century. The figure is 2.5 inches tall, 3.25 inches long and 1.5 inches deep. The piece is in greatt condition with a chip to the ear that happened during the making and is painted over. Invisible when on display and can only be seen if you really look for it. Marked underneath with the impressed shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath , a black number 323, impressed numbers 1677 as well as the letter G and impressed Made in Austria as shown.
