Brown / White Sitting Dog Figurine

This is a figurine of a dog made by Augarten in the 20th century. I think he is some kind of pointer but I am no expert on dogs at all. He is nicely modeled sitting on an oval base with a gold trim around the edge and hand painted really well! The figure is 2.625 inches tall, 1.375 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep. The little dog is in perfect condition. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed number 1529 (I think) as well as black painter's mark 69.
