Blanc de Chine Ice Skater Figurine

This is a nice figurine of a female ice skater made by Augarten in the 20th century. It is nicely modeled with the lady wearing a long coat over a dress with a scarf around her neck and a hat on her head. Her hands are in a muff in front of her and she has old shoe style skates on her feet and a smooth base to simulate the ice. A nicely modeled figure left in the white to show off all that detail without covering it up with paint. A superb model especially in perfect condition which is the case here. The figurine is 6.25 inches tall, 2.75 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed Made in Austria and the letter H and the model number 1002 I believe though it is hard to read.
