Blanc de Chine Gazelle

This is a neat blanc de chine figurine of a gazelle made by Augarten in the 20th century. A superbly modeled piece (am amazed those thing legs held up during the firing process) of a fleeing gazelle jumping over some cactus plants. Just an amazing piece and it is in perfect condition which is always ncie. The figure is 7.125 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 8.25 inches long. So a bit larger than many of their animals. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed letter B, impressed number 1794, as well as Made in Austria impressed into the base. The back top of the base has the name Robert Ullmann impressed into it. He designed the piece. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $399
