Brussels Griffon Dog

This is a figurine of a little brown dog which I believe to be a Brussels Griffon or possibly an Affenpincher made by Augarten in the 20th century. The little guy (or lady) is superbly modeled and hand painted to perfection. The figure is just over 3 inches tall, 1.25 inches wide and 2 inches long. The figurine is in perfect condition. Marked underneath with the impressed shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed Made in Austria , a painter's number 112 in brown and an impressed model number that I cannot make out possibly 1688 as shown.
