Ansbach Figurine

This is a rare figurine made made by Ansbach in the 18th century. It is of a lady holding some nice flowers in one hand, wearing a floral skirt and wearing the typical necklace. Ansbach started making porcelain around 1758 and the factory flourished from 1758 through 1777. They closed somewhere around 1860 but the factory was already in private hands since 1807. The figurine is marked underneath with an incised N9 also typical of Ansbach since their figures where never marked with the factory marks. Another typical thing is that their figurines are super lightweight and this piece is no exception. The figurine is 4.25 inches tall. It is in good condition with a chip to the bottom back of her dress, some small chipping to the flowers, chips to the fingertips and the bows in her corsage and back of her neck are chipped as well. All in all a very rare piece that is in great shape! Please email me for more information or photos.
